After searching the local area for an opticians that did the specialist dyslexia eye test I found T English. I rang up and they managed to get my son in the next day. Excellent service. Although I didn't purchase my current glasses from here, they managed to fit me in on the same day I rang and sort out the issues with my uncomfortable wonky frames (terrible adjustments from a different opticians) I will still need to buy new glasses as they can only be adjusted so far (again, the fault of my previous opticians) I will definitely be buying them from here.

An excellent professional service I’ve used for around 30 years . All staff are friendly helpful and very professional. Always very helpfull and explain things extremely well . They always explain any options you may have . I also have a son with additional needs including autism and sensory issues . They take their time to explain things to him and minimise his anxieties. Excellent service.I was lucky enough to have these take me on after an infection and a visit to Gp and a few attendances to eye casualty. I was invited to be seen, given a thorough examination, confirmed and allergic reaction , new ointment given, review 3 days later, the optician telephone referred me there and then to the hospital ophthalmology department where I was seen the next day.. A membrane was removed from my eye and again a few days later, I’m almost back to normal ( have an appt tomorrow) I seriously don’t know what would have happened if they had not took over my care x Outstanding, caring service!
